Avant-Gardening are delighted to be working with the Friends of Barnfield and residents of the estate on the development of a new growing space. The new growing space project, named the Buds of Barnfield, has been supported by Capital Growth and its development will be overseen by Avant-Gardening, Growing Greenwich and Groundworks with additional support from Greenwich Council. It's your last chance to join artist Polly Brannan as she explores the Flowers Estate and Bostall Woods in Abbey Wood.Do you have any memories or stories to share or do you fancy a bracing walk to shake the winter cobwebs away while you explore these beautiful woods, a hidden treasure in south east London

Meet Polly outside the Pavilion in Bostall Gardens, Abbey Wood, SE2 at 11am

Following an incidence of vandalism on the Mobile Allotments in Abbey Wood we have had to move them from their site on Commonwealth Way. 

As of next Wednesday the meeting point for Polly's Wednesday Walk will be outside the Pavilion in Bostall Gardens.  Meeting time is still 11am. Come along and share your thoughts and ideas as you explore the area
